Elizabeth Swicegood is a native to Denton County, Texas. After moving to North Carolina as a teenager, she graduated from Davie High School in 1986. She later graduated of Catawba College in Salisbury, NC with a Bachelors of Arts in Science  with a minor in Spanish. She later graduated from the Dan Mohr School of Real Estate in 1999. Elizabeth has continued to increase her knowledge in real estate through postgraduate studies. She has earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduated Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. In the competitive world of real estate, her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation has earned her respect among all the valued buyers she has represented. In today’s ever changing real estate market, Elizabeth understands the value of knowing the most up-to-date tools and techniques of the industry. Elizabeth has continually received both company and national Century 21 awards for both her sales as well as the honored Century 21 Quality Service Award.

Elizabeth’s most important role is being the mother to Ashton and Lewis and the wife of Kyle. Both Elizabeth and Kyle are active supporters of Salem Crisis Pregnancy Ministries in Winston Salem and once a year you will find them in a foreign country volunteering with Operation Smile (www.operationsmile.org). When Elizabeth’s not working hard in the real estate business, you’ll find her with enjoying family activities like, riding challenging rides with Kyle on their bicycles or enjoying the slopes in Steamboat Colorado on her snowboard.
